Shannon, a Technical Program Manager 1 since 2019, brings 29 years of IT experience to LeafTech, where she works remotely from Florida. With certifications as a Microsoft Specialist and Microsoft Certified Professional, IT Systems Certification, and vocational training in Information Systems, Shannon’s expertise is well-established.

She joined LeafTech with 23 years of industry experience and quickly earned a reputation for her dedication and problem-solving skills. She even made a 6-hour round trip to swap a hard drive for a client.

Shannon’s passion for IT began with a TRS-80 in school, setting her on a path of continuous learning.

Outside work, she enjoys eclectic music, family time, and vacations at Disney World or Blue Ridge, GA. Although a dog person, Shannon has one cat and two dogs, a preference influenced by her youngest daughter.
