With more than 22 years of IT industry experience and 15 years dedicated to customer service, Rudi Scott brings deep technical expertise and a passion for solving complex technology challenges. As a Microsoft-certified professional holding MCP, MCSE, Microsoft Azure Administrator, and Solutions Architect certifications, Rudi specializes in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Defender, and Exchange Online.

Throughout his career, he has successfully completed numerous Microsoft 365 migrations, restored critical servers following ransomware incidents, and repaired damaged storage arrays to help clients avoid significant data loss. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Rudi is driven by a love of technology and the constant evolution of the IT landscape.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, following sports, and exploring the outdoors. A dog lover at heart, Rudi values meaningful conversations and would gladly spend another afternoon discussing life with his late grandfather.
