Patrick is an emerging IT professional based in Colorado, originally from Youngstown, Ohio. With eight years of experience in customer service roles, he has recently transitioned into the tech industry. He holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, which have equipped him with essential skills for his new role at LeafTech. In his first week, Patrick joined the hardware team, where he is responsible for imaging computers, setting up new users, and managing user onboarding and follow-ups. His enthusiasm for learning and dedication to excellence are evident.

Before entering the tech field, Patrick demonstrated remarkable adaptability and initiative in his previous role. He learned vinyl wrapping, developed a training course, traveled nationwide to teach others, and became a graphic designer within a year. His commitment to going above and beyond was highlighted when he assisted a class he had trained in by developing a method and presentation for wrapping a new product prototype.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys the tranquility of the ocean and values the mild temperatures and vibrant colors of fall. He is passionate about continuous learning and is grateful for the opportunity to grow with LeafTech. In his leisure time, he relaxes with his girlfriend and pets, playing video games or binge-watching new shows. Patrick finds joy in the company of his furry friends and has a deep appreciation for teaching and helping others.
