Throughout his career, Ollie has led engineering teams, advanced IT Service Management maturity, and strengthened incident, problem, and change management practices. With expertise in Agile, ITIL, and ITSM principles, he focuses on empowering teams, removing roadblocks, and fostering growth. Before IT, Ollie spent 16 years in mortgage banking sales, shaping his customer-first leadership style.
One of his proudest achievements was a year-long PCI remediation initiative involving hundreds of locations and a full DHCP migration to a new SD-WAN platform—a challenge he met with resilience and collaboration.
Ollie believes great service means taking responsibility, doing quality work, caring for people, and delivering with a smile. For him, technology is the canvas; people are the purpose.
Now based in Colorado, Ollie enjoys summers outdoors with family, hiking, barbecuing, hosting friends, serving at church, and cheering for the Chicago Bears—while firmly declaring cats reign supreme.
