Karen Baylon brings over 12 years of experience in administrative and client support roles, with a strong background in customer service. She studied Broadcast Communication at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, which sparked her interest in communication and organizational excellence.

Her career includes 1 year as an Executive Assistant and 9 years as a Client Support Associate, complemented by 11 years of customer service expertise. Currently part of LeafTech, Karen specializes in email and calendar management, meeting coordination, ticket sweeps, and supporting leadership with ad hoc tasks. She values alignment and opportunity, believing her skills and experiences perfectly matched LeafTech’s vision.

Born and raised in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Karen enjoys spending time at home or relaxing at the beach and dreams of visiting Seoul, South Korea. Outside of work, she focuses on living a balanced life, watching comedy and Korean variety shows, and caring for her dog. Her favorite season is winter, which she hopes to experience someday.
