Jacques is a seasoned IT professional with over 11 years of experience at one of South Africa’s largest banks, where he has managed the IT requirements of the bank’s group executives. He holds a P.C. Engineering qualification from Damelin and a Microsoft Technology Associate in Windows Operating Systems and ITIL certifications.

Jacques is known for efficiently handling demanding users, a skill honed through years of dedicated service. His quick thinking and commitment to excellence were showcased when he successfully set up a live TV interview for the bank’s CEO after his computer crashed. Residing in Roodepoort, near Johannesburg, Jacques enjoys the vibrant city life and the serene beauty of Paternoster on the West Coast.

Outside work, he is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast, enjoying jogging and outdoor activities. Jacques is also a proud pet parent to a Rottweiler and a Jack Russell. His passion for technology matches his admiration for Gary Player, whose positive outlook inspires him.
