His career spans Corporate, Healthcare, and Managed Service Providers, with 8 years in Healthcare IT, 18 years with MSPs, and 26 years in the service industry.

Eric specializes in heterogeneous networking, integrating diverse operating systems, and managing Linux servers. A notable achievement was remotely guiding an onsite technician to reinsert drives correctly and rebuild a XenServer array overnight. His dedication is evident from setting alarms through the night for a VMware migration and ensuring everything was ready for Monday morning.

Eric loves the beach, having lived mostly in Florida and moved around the Southeast as a Navy brat. Outside work, he enjoys Tabletop RPGs, reading, and writing fiction. Fall is his favorite season due to the cooler weather, Halloween, and candy corn. A dog lover, Eric believes a wagging tail can melt away stress and strives to be the person his dog thinks he is.
