Stepping into my new role as the Customer Success Manager here at LeafTech, I am YOUR champion. I will fight for YOU to make sure your needs are met. Have a service concern or recommendation for LeafTech? I am your first point of contact! My primary focus is YOU, the customer. I plan to educate myself regarding your account, stay on top of your current IT requests, and play an active role in planning your future IT goals and projects.
So who’s Danielle Voll? I am a New Jersey native who moved to Colorado for an improved quality of life. In my past life I worked with developmentally disabled children and adults. Additionally, I worked as a stonemason for my father’s company for many years. I never could have imagined ending up in technology – but I absolutely love it!
