My name is Shannon Milair, and I’m LeafTech Consulting’s Customer Service Manager! My work with LeafTech over the past twelve months allowed me to get to know many of you and assist with your company’s support needs. My role at LeafTech has expanded to ensure your experience with our team continues to exceed expectations. Be assured that I am still a technical resource for you and your business. 

  

As Customer Service Manager, my focus is to ensure you are receiving quality support from all our consultants. When service concerns arise, I am your first point of contact. It is my responsibility to solve any issues you experience during interactions with our team. LeafTech prides itself on 5-star service delivery at every level, and I want to know if you receive anything less than that! 

  

What makes me the perfect fit to assist you in this position? I have 23 years of experience in IT and over 30 years of experience in customer service. While my background qualifies me to assist with technical concerns, your organization’s success is my priority.
