LeafTech is proud to announce Brennan Shippert is the Customer Service Department MVP of July! 

LeafTech Management takes our four core values into consideration when evaluating the Customer Service Department MVP. What set Brennan apart from our other team members this month/year? They stayed true to LeafTech’s vision, their character, provided excellent teamwork, and always upheld LeafTech communication standards. 

When breaking down our LeafTech core values, we resort to following these traits: 

  • Vision – Creative problem solving, planning, and looking at the big picture.
       
  • Communication – Keeping a constant flow of communication. Whether it’s an update in their ticket, working on documentation, or relaying information to a client, communication is a huge part of every day at LeafTech!
       
  • Teamwork – A great attitude and always willing to help others. Someone who takes on new challenges even if they are unknown.
     
  • Character – A combination of the other three values but adding focus on individual responsibilities.
       

Brennan has taken this month on by the horns by helping back up his entire team by stepping in where-ever he could. He has taken on any task or ticket where help was needed, all while maintaining his own tickets. Brennan maintained a great attitude and is always sure to keep us smiling or laughing.
