Many of you know me from my time serving your business with LeafTech Consulting over the past 5 years (August 2015). Working my way up through the ranks – Level I Support Analyst, Level II Support Analyst, Level III Support Analyst – over this period, I’ve had the opportunity to familiarize myself with every level of our clients’ operations. I’m excited to support your company’s technology platform with close involvement in any growth or changes in your business or technology. I will be directing the Technical Services Department by organizing the best resources and solutions to accomplish your goals. I am implementing strategies to improve LeafTech’s efficiency with communication and ticket handling, and I am testing and discovering the newest solutions to streamline your business. I’m thrilled to engage with your team and help develop your IT strategy in this new position.
