  1. Find the Microsoft Outlook app in the Google Play Store.

    Verify you have the correct app with the Microsoft Corporation as the publisher.
  2. Install the Microsoft Outlook
  3. Once installed, Open the Microsoft Outlook app.
  4. Tap Get Started if this is your first time.
    Otherwise, to add another email account to Outlook when you already have it installed:A. With Outlook open, locate and open the Menu>

    B. Then, locate and open Settings>
    C. Add Account > Add Email Account.
  5. Enter your full email address, then tap Continue.
  6. Enter your email account password and tap Sign In or Next.
  7. If multi-factor authentication is enabled, verify your identity.
  8. Check the inbox to see if your messages have appeared.
  9. Test email receipt and reply functions by exchanging new emails with colleagues or other personal accounts.
